Placement to Employment
I completed an industry placement during my T Level. After the placement, I was offered employment because of the work I completed and the progress I showed. I now work part-time alongside university.
Client Support
I support clients by helping record bugs, issues and system requests. This has improved my communication, problem-solving and customer service skills.
Website Work
I have worked with clients on website projects, which helped me develop skills in WordPress, layout, content structure and user experience.
Events
I have attended events to represent the business I work for. This has helped me build confidence speaking to clients and presenting the company professionally.
App Development
I am currently working on an app for a client to help automate record keeping. The app supports caravan maintenance notes and stores information more efficiently. I am working on the main app features while another developer supports the backend.
